Until the Batteries Regulations are transposed into UK law, no compliance scheme can be registered to offer full legal compliance to obligated Producers.
Therefore, prior to implementation of this new legislation into UK Regulations, Comply Direct has decided to offer an initial information service to UK companies who want more information on the legislation and how it is likely to affect their business. We feel that such companies who do take this early action by joining our Early Bird service will ultimately be in a far better position to manage their eventual obligations and foresee and control the costs involved.
The process of registering for Early Bird membership could not be easier with three simple steps being followed:

2. We will confirm we've received your form and will send you an invoice for the appropriate membership fee i.e. £300 + VAT unless you are an existing Comply Direct member (50% discount).
3. As soon as we receive payment your membership will be activated. You will receive your unique login username and password for access to the early bird members' area of the Comply Direct website.
