In order for Comply Direct to be able to register your company with the Environment Agency we must receive your unique Producer Identification Mark(s) via a separately forwarded graphics file with a strict formatting criteria of the file being no smaller than 120 x 120 pixels, no larger than 310 x 232 pixels and be in gif, jpg or png format. You should send your email with your graphics file attachments to Comply Direct at . To confirm, without this graphic file being forwarded will mean we will not be able to proceed with your membership application. In addition, please also list your PIMs in the space provided if they are brand names or company names so that we can cross reference with your graphics file.
